Mr. Robert C.K Tsui 徐志剛律師
Mr. Robert C. K. Tsui is the founder and sole proprietor of our firm. Mr. Tsui began his legal career in the 1970s, starting off as a law clerk at the Legal Aid Department. Mr. Tsui later moved abroad to England to further his legal studies, where he graduated from the University of Buckingham with an LL.B Honors degree in 1981.
Mr. Tsui is admitted into practicing law as a solicitor in England and Wales, Singapore and Hong Kong respectively. Mr. Tsui is also admitted to practice law in Anguilla of the Caribbean Seas, becoming the only Chinese-speaking Anguilla lawyer permanently based in Hong Kong.
With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Tsui has a wealth of knowledge in handling legal cases of various natures. Some of his most well known cases include a precedent case decided by the Privy Council of UK in 1997, gold and coal mine acquisition in mainland China, and Lehman Brothers minibond litigation cases.
Mr. Tsui is also a popular Civil Celebrant of Marriages. As of mid 2019, Mr. Tsui has conducted and celebrated over 4,000 wedding ceremonies. Please click here for more information on our firm's civil celebrant services.
本事務所由徐志剛律師獨資創立及經營。徐律師於1970年代，並於三年後在香港政府轄下之法律援助署擔任律政書記。1979年，徐律師前往英國留學，並在年在英國白金漢大學取得榮譽法學士學位。畢業後，徐律師分別於英國、威爾斯、新加坡及香港從事法律工作。由2005年起，徐律師擔任香港首名安圭拉的特許海外代理律師。徐律師在處理各類法律個案方面擁有超過30年的豐富經驗，其中最廣為人知的案件包括1997年英國樞密院的判例、中國黃金及煤礦開採案及雷曼兄弟迷你債券訴訟案等。
